Coastal Extensions is a local company specializing in the construction of domestic extensions, Granny Annexes, Man Caves, Garden Offices etc. All planning and building reg applications can be handled in house by Coastal if required. Preliminary design drawings are supplied free of charge to all potential customers. Full Structural engineering calculations are supplied with each project.

Coastal Extensions use all the modern day methods of construction ie; Brick built, Timber frame built or SIP built. Our outside wall finishes can be either Render, Brick or Cladding. Plasterboard and skim internally. Vaulted ceilings can easily be achieved by using our SIP roof structure, allowing for more open loft space. Foundations can be traditional concrete or screwpiled. The screwpile method creates little or no mess or disturbance and is very eco friendly.
